the outdoor patio with fire pits was the highlight of my stay! 🔥 the earth tower room was cozy, service was top-notch, and the buffet was fantastic. Only downside was limited breakfast options.

the moment i arrived at Mohegan Sun, i was impressed with the property. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful, from mia at check-in to the exceptional massage by Toni at the spa. The room exceeded my expectations, and the entire place was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathrobes were nice. Free water bottles were a thoughtful touch at check-in. Despite the weather, the fire pits and chairs outside the building looked inviting.

Enjoyable experience at Mohegan Sun. Concert employees were amazing, helping my fiance with her heel pain. Room was nice, but mini bar prices were absurdly high. Would return if prices were more reasonable. Staff went above and beyond, especially during the concert.

I selected this hotel for attending a convention and found it convenient to have all necessary facilities on the property. The meeting rooms were well-equipped, and the staff was helpful in setting up for the event. The dining options were varied and provided a good selection for business lunches and dinners.

I did miss having a dedicated business center with private workspaces and printing facilities. This would have been beneficial for completing urgent work tasks during my stay.

mohegan sun is super clean and close to cool spots like vista lounge and mist. the valet service is polite and quick. the hotel has a calming smell of sandalwood, and the beds are comfy. the animatronic wolf and hand-blown glass sculpture are lovely touches.
